Since last we reported on our performance ministry activities, (mid October) the Lord has taken us from Idaho to Kentucky to Indiana to Israel to Germany to Iowa to Indiana and back to Idaho, all through Ohio.
We shared the Word and presented a memorization workshop (and raised funds for our home for girls in Liberiai) in the Louisville area, spoke the Word over twenty times in churches in Indiana, Iowa, and Germany (I was allowed to speak in two churches in Berlin, meet faith encouraging missionaries and German believers, and give my testimony at a truly international dinner with non-believers in attendance) , spoke the Scriptures at appropriate places thoughout ten days of touring Israel (how cool to be allowed to speak John chapter six in the shadow of the synagogue at Capernaum and John five at Bethesda), was given the privilege of addressing the students at Jerusalem University College (Praise God for the work and witness of Tom Meyer), and spoke our Christmas story in preface to the IJohn recitation and in the context of a contata (fifty voice choir and orchestra !) and sent on almost twenty thousand dollars received in performance offerings to the children of India, Africa and Haiti.
God blesses us so much I'm kind of embarrassed.

KENNY & TERI BORTZ continue their labors in the Eureka, California area. Kenny is speaking the Scriptures in Churches and local prisons and teaching Bible studies. We thank God for their faithfulness as servants of the Word. Please pray for open doors of service for Kenny and Teri.

ON A DIFFERENT NOTE…
WE are still planning an a 'Wordsower Academe' this coming August 2010. The site for this 'school of Scripture-telling' is tentatively, Emmanuel Baptist Church, Toledo, Ohio. Due to scheduling changes for Jason Nightingale, the school will be four weeks long. In addition to conducting a school for any who fulfill the prerequisites, we will also be training and evaluating prospective team members for a 2011 (summer) tour group during the Acadame. (Being in the Tour Group will necessitate being eighteen years old as of June 1, 2011.) If you are interested in attending our academe please let us know as soon as possible.
